Drop-In Meditation Classes

About our Classes: Practical instructions and helpful advice on how to meditate, find peace of mind, and lead a more peaceful and positive life. Using Buddhist wisdom we can transform the difficulties of daily life into spiritual growth.
Each class consists of two guided meditations, a talk, and a chance to ask questions. They are ideal for beginners. Held in the evenings from 7-8:30pm across metro Vancouver, they are open to everyone (see right for locations), please drop-in to any class, any day.

When things go wrong in our life and we encounter difficult situations, we tend to regard the situation itself as our problem, but in reality whatever problems we experience come from the side of the mind.
If we responded to difficult situations with a positive or peaceful mind they would not be problems for us. Eventually we might even regard them as challenges or opportunities for growth and development. Problems arise only if we respond to difficulties with a negative state of mind. Cost: Payment is made at the door ($10/class, or you may wish to purchase discount pass, $40/5 classes). No-one is turned away for lack of funds. If you want to come to a class, please just come!
No special clothing or gear is needed to attend any of our classes. Just bring yourself!
