The Four Seals
June 4-6
Buddha explained four spiritual seals, or topics that give great meaning in our life. The fourth is the Great Seal or Mahamudra which takes us on an inner journey into the profound and blissful nature of our mind.

Amitayus

This weekend course reviewing the teachings at the NKT Summer Festival in the UK will give us a chance to get to know Amitayus and enjoy the practice of his sadhana.
