Class Description

Practical instructions and helpful advice on how to meditate, find peace of mind, and lead a more peaceful and positive life.  Using Buddhist wisdom we can transform the difficulties of daily life into spiritual growth.  

Each class consists of two guided meditations, a talk, and a chance to ask questions.  They are ideal for beginners.

Upcoming Class Topics:

The Power to Change
February 8-22 (3 weeks)
Why is life sometimes filled with problems, frustration and obstacles?  Buddha's extraordinary wisdom gives insight into the root cause and methods to move through the difficult situations we find ourself in.

A Daily Practice for when we're not meditating
March 1-29 (5 weeks)
Since most of our life is spent out of meditation we need special ways of thinking to maintain positive attitudes that make our life meaningful and fulfilling. 

Cost $10 per class, $40 for 5 classes. Free for Centre Card holders. More info about our Centre Card. No-one is turned away for lack of funds. If you want to come to a class, please just come!

No need to pre-register or start at the beginning of a series.
  You are welcome to drop in to any class any day.
