Everyone is welcome. Classes are suitable for beginners and experienced meditators. During the class the teacher explains how to meditate, gives practical instructions on how to use meditation and a Buddhist understanding to reduce stress and other problems encountered in daily life.
No need to pre-register or start at the beginning of a series. You are welcome to drop in to any class.

$10 per class or $40 for five classes. Or purchase a Centre Card and attend any meditation class at no charge.
Do I have to be a Buddhist to attend?
No. Everyone is welcome. Buddhists respect all people and are happy to help anyone regardless of whether they subscribe to another faith, or to none.
Do I need to have experience in meditation or Buddhism to attend the classes?
No. All you need is the wish to improve yourself and the quality of your life.
What do I need to bring to class?
Nothing in particular, however if you wish to take notes bring a pen and notepad.
How should I dress for class?
No particular clothing is required; however we recommend you wear comfortable clothing.
